blackfridge moves into the last office suite of the newly redeveloped No.55 Athol Street.
Mike Crosbie, Chief Business Officer at blackfridge said: ’We’re very pleased to have reached an agreement with Hansard and Tevir on this new lease and to be moving to 55 Athol Street in July.
’This is a building of the very highest specification that will enable us to launch our operations and further expand our team to support our ambitious plans.’
The Athol Street site was transformed by local firm Excel Group following Tevir’s acquisition of the property. 55 Athol Street incorporates a number of features to support wellbeing including a fully-equipped gym, changing rooms with showers, a secure bike park, breakout areas and good levels of natural light.
